A staffing agency based in Mexico is looking for an Assistant Community Manager responsible for overseeing operations in homeowner communities. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, support the Community Association Managers, and follow up on work orders. Strong multitasking and communication skills in English are needed. The position offers benefits including major medical insurance, vacation days, and bonuses.

Formación

  • 2 years of equivalent experience with a similar position managing vendors.

Responsabilidades

  • Overseeing matters related to the operation of shared areas and services in homeowner communities.
  • Support a specified group of CAMs and a specific portfolio of accounts.
  • Receive customer phone calls and answer questions related to work orders.
  • Partner with CAM on administrative tasks such as processing community mailers.
  • Manage follow-up and closing work order tickets.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for overseeing matters related to the operation of shared areas and services in homeowner communities.

  • Supports a specified group of CAMs (2-3) and a specific portfolio of accounts.
  • Receive customer phone calls and answer questions related to the status of work orders, Architectural Reviews Requests, Association responsibilities, Violations, etc.
  • Partner with CAM on administrative tasks such as processing community-wide mailers.
  • Manage follow-up and closing work order tickets.
  • Weekly follow up on all standard work orders with Service Providers, note accounts on progress, and closeout if completed.
Schedule

Monday to Friday.

Regular: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST MEX.

Daylight saving in the USA: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM CST MEX.
