Reporting to the Shared Service Manager and Operations for Latam, the Regional Service Partner will contribute to the mission of the Shared Services team, which is to deliver the best associate experience and enable our HR teams and associates to focus on the highest-value work through operational excellence, technology and analytics.

This role is a key member of the wider HR team, which is committed to building a workplace that fuels growth for the business and each one of us.

The role will be located in Mexico City and will be Remote.

Typical day

• Serve as HR point of contact for inquiries
• Manage assigned caseload in the ticketing system
• Dedicated to innovation, inspiring teams to meet and exceed expectations
• Resolve Tier 1 cases regardless of channel using knowledge database, FAQs and training
• Escalate cases to Tier 2 and 3 as needed
• Help to create and improve knowledge and resources
• Enter Workday transactions requested by People Leaders, HR Community and Associates using standard work documentation and knowledge articles.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Essential requirements

• 1-2 years in an HR, Customer Service or Shared Services role
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must speak Spanish and English for the LATAM region
• Experience with MS Office
• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in :
• Excellent Excel skills
• HRIS systems, preferably Workday
• Case Management or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools
• Ability to speak Portuguese
