Responsibilities
- Under broad direction, utilize expertise in specific aspects of a Product Service Lines' (PSL) technology and services portfolio to educate Customers, Operations, and Business Development on features, advantages and benefits of the PSL solution offerings.
- Serve as the Technical Sales Advisor who is accountable for Delivery Execution, using a detailed knowledge base of sub-PSL products, services, and solutions to identify customer technical needs through product knowledge and geographic understanding of challenges.
- Aid the Business Development (BD) organization in pursuit of work through customer interaction and internal/external workshops; provide technical recommendations to BD for proposal preparation regarding solution up-sell; assist operations and BD in diagnosing and communicating delivery issues.
- Help establish strategic direction in the work area by understanding local customer business drivers and technical challenges; identify and execute up-sell (POP Plan) strategies within a geography of responsibility.
- Maintain awareness of the external market and the PSL's marketing strategies by collaborating with PSL, Region/Country BD, Account and Tech Teams to identify opportunities to grow profitable revenue and stay informed about technology available from the PSL.
- Provide input to PSL technology project priorities through understanding of market needs and technology gaps within the geographic customer base.
- Execute tactical action plans as set by the Country management team.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the supported sub-PSL's technology and broad understanding of associated development tools; understand and promote the PSL's quality directives and ensure completion or workover operations are performed in a consistent manner compliant with all HSE and OE policies and best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in STEM careers - Electronics, Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanics Eng., Science, Math, Technology or similar.
- +5 years of verifiable experience in Slickline operations, including offshore operations.
- Experience preparing technical proposals, commercial offers, and service presentations for cased hole and intervention projects.
- Expert-level understanding of slickline tools, BHAs, WPCE, and advanced cased-hole equipment.
- Ability to design tool strings, intervention methods, and operational envelopes for complex wells.
- Strong technical knowledge of well integrity, depth correlation, production logging, and mechanical interventions.
- Advanced English proficient.
