A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Recruitment Operations Lead to manage and optimize recruitment processes. This role involves administering ATS, generating performance reports, and improving operational efficiency. The Recruitment Operations Lead is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling the systems, data, and processes that power efficient talent acquisition. This role sits at the intersection of recruitment, analytics, and operations—ensuring that recruitment teams operate with clean data, reliable infrastructure, and repeatable workflows.
You will own recruitment operations infrastructure, including ATS administration, reporting and dashboards, process optimization, and automation.
This role is ideal for operationally minded recruitment professionals who enjoy improving systems, enabling recruiters to perform at a high level, and using data to drive better hiring outcomes.
Your work directly improves recruiter efficiency, pipeline visibility, and hiring performance. By maintaining clean systems and reliable reporting, you enable accurate forecasting and decision-making. Your process improvements reduce friction, shorten time-to-fill, and allow recruitment teams to scale without sacrificing quality.
