Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in Record to Report or general accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP, or local standards).
  • Experience in Shared Services Center (SSC) or multinational environment.

Location: SKF Puebla

About the Role.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Record to Report (R2R) Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, manage month-end closings, perform account reconciliations, and guarantee compliance with internal and external accounting standards.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, bilingual environment, collaborating with teams in US and Canada, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Analyze variances and provide explanations for management reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with AP, AR, FP&A, and Tax teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • 3+ years of experience in Record to Report or general accounting.
  • Advanced English and Spanish communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP, or local standards).
  • Experience in Shared Services Center (SSC) or multinational environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
