This role focuses on maximizing value recovery from customer returned units in LATAM region through refurbishment and Amazon Resale in close collaboration with the Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES), Amazon Market Services (AMS), Products, and business partners.

To be successful, you will need excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders. While operating in FC operations, you will interface with Engineering, Category, Finance, Procurement, Data Science, and Returns and Customer Experience (RCX) teams to identify and execute solutions that improve recovery.
This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities, as well as the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous, and technical environment. Ownership of your work is extremely important, and candidates should have a proven record of driving operational improvements and new launches within FC / operations. The ideal candidate is motivated, optimistic, and agile, with strong time‑management skills.
