A dynamic real estate firm is seeking a Virtual Sales Setter to connect with leads and foster relationships in a high-performance environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in appointment setting or inside sales, particularly in real estate. Responsibilities include engaging with motivated sellers and ensuring clear communication about next steps. This role offers an hourly compensation of $5 - $8 plus performance bonuses, emphasizing personal and professional growth within the company.

Formación

  • 1+ years of appointment setting or inside sales experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Fluent in English and can communicate naturally and professionally.

  • Connect with leads inside our CRM system daily.
  • Engage and qualify motivated sellers using a proven sales process.
  • Set up 10+ qualified handoffs per week for Home Buying Specialists.
  • Communicate clear expectations with sellers about next steps and timelines.
  • Help build rapport to open doors for win-win deals.
