About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented R2R Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, month‑end closings, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with internal and external accounting standards.

You’ll work in a fast‑paced, bilingual environment, collaborating with international teams and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in Record to Report or general accounting.
  • Advanced English and Spanish communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP, or local standards).
  • Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or multinational environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closings in compliance with IFRS / GAAP.
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Analyze variances and provide explanations for management reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with AP, AR, FP&A, and tax teams.
