This position will lead a group of Quality professionals in a new facility undergoing process implementation and production ramp-up in parallel. The role will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality System within the facility.
Quality Team Leadership: Supervise specialists, inspectors, and team leaders.
Quality System Implementation in New Facilities: Ramp-up and process development.
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Based on data analysis and trends.
Audits and Regulatory Compliance: ISO, CQMS.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: With production, engineering, and suppliers.
Education: Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, Aeronautical, or similar).
Languages: Fluent English (essential for oral and written communication).
Decision-Making and Critical Thinking: Risk prioritization and resolution of complex problems.
Influence and Effective Communication: Ability to persuade and adapt communication style to the audience.
Lean Manufacturing: Application of lean tools to improve processes.
Planning and Organization: Gap analysis, action plans, and follow-up.
Problem-Solving: Use of diagnostic tools and presentation of executive summaries
Quality Management System (QMS): Establishes QMS procedures and monitor quality metrics, assuring the facility operates in adherence to procedures. Evaluate and review QMS providers and interfaces. Practical knowledge of APQP concepts; PFMEA, Control Plan, SWES, MSA.
Relationship Management: Collaborate to resolve client concerns and clarify roles.
Qualified in Lean Six Sigma
Location: Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León facility.
Work Model: On-site, five days per week. Candidate is expected to provide support during weekends or extended hours based on project challenges.
International Travel: May be required up to 10% of the time, potentially on short notice.
