Formación

  • Experience in quality engineering or similar roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with quality standards and compliance.

Responsabilidades

  • Obtain metrics and performance from the quality area.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure process compliance.
  • Ensure employee training according to job profiles.
  • Coordinate A3 Operational and Improvement Plans and conduct Kaizen events.

Conocimientos

Your role

As Quality Engineer on our team, you will:

  • Obtain metrics and performance from the quality area to ensure compliance with objectives.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in the assigned area to ensure the process operates according to the standard and/or requirement.
  • Ensure training for employees, administrative staff, and union members according to the typical job profile so that they have the technical skills necessary to perform the job.
  • Coordinate and participate in A3 Operational and Improvement Plans and conduct Kaizen events.
  • Generate each employee\'s personal business plan to achieve objectives.
  • Responsible for the technical and career development of staff under their supervision. Monitor corrective actions.
Your background

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

  • Industrial Engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the position or similar
  • Intermediate-advanced English level
