Formación

  • Experience with Call Center operations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Basic Car Insurance - Policies & Regulations is advantageous.
  • Yellow Belt / Green Belt Certification is desirable.

  • Monitor risk-based sampling plans for quality control.
  • Identify quality trends using root cause analysis.
