A global development company in Puebla seeks a PROJECT PLANNER to manage automotive projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, and at least one year of automotive experience. Responsibilities include project planning and facilitating client communication. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of project management software is a plus.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of plastic and/or metal automobile parts language.
• Gather technical information and customer requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assure the closure of 8D´s reports.
• Planning of projects assigned to the Automotive Laboratory department.
• Main channel of communication with the client about project progress.

Description

• Assure the closure of 8D´s reports.
• Apply 5S methodology.
• Planning of projects assigned to the Automotive Laboratory department.
• Management and allocation of Interior/Exterior time and resources.
• Main channel of communication with the client about the technical progress of projects in collaboration.
• Administrative support to Interior/Exterior in collaboration with the PL and the Head (project billing, follow-up with the Finance area).
• Communication and coordination of resources and personnel in collaboration with the Head and Project Leader between departments (MVS, Maintenance, Quality, HR).
• Coordination of meetings and/or visits between clients and the Interior/Exterior department.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related
• 1+ year of experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of project management and / or planning (Basic).
• Knowledge of plastic and/or metal automobile parts language. (Basic).
• Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements.
• Software: Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Project (Basic).
• Fluent English
• Technical English is a plus
