Formación

About the role:

Join our Project Services team as a Project Manager Junior, where you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting diverse internal projects across Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Supply Chain Management, Digitalization, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate internal projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of results.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.

Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation plans when necessary.

Track and report project progress using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and communication materials.

Manage project budgets and recommend adjustments as needed.

Conduct lessons‑learned sessions to capture best practices and ensure continuous improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, IT, or similar). Advanced degree is a plus.

1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Finance, M&A, Supply Chain, IT, or Digitalization projects.

Knowledge of formal project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).

CAPM or PMP certification preferred.

Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional and multicultural teams.

Proactive problem‑solving and analytical thinking.

Proficiency in MS365 tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Project) and Smartsheet or equivalent project tools.

Strong organizational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.

Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.

Willingness to travel (10–35%) across Mexico and the U.S.
