A leading telemedicine company in Mexico is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of initiatives. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure effective project delivery. Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years of project management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects. We’ve built all of our technology in house including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology etc. Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in house physicians providing world‑class care via a fully vertically integrated business model.
We’re looking for a Project Manager to support the planning and execution of cross‑functional initiatives on our platform.
This role is responsible for coordinating work across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and external partners to ensure initiatives are clearly scoped, well‑coordinated, and delivered successfully. You’ll help drive alignment, manage dependencies, and bring structure to complex efforts that span multiple teams.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments and enjoys turning plans into execution.
Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and delivery
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency maps
Coordinate multiple concurrent projects or workstreams, managing scope, timeline, and resource constraints
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure delivery readiness
Drive clear ownership, communication, and accountability across cross‑functional teams
Facilitate planning sessions, stand‑ups, and status updates
Help translate high‑level goals into actionable plans
Help ensure consistency across surfaces and touchpoints
Track dependencies and handoffs between teams
3–6 years of experience in project management or program management
Experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives
Strong ability to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies with limited initial context
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with vendor‑or partner‑driven initiatives
Familiarity with analytics or launch metrics
Experience supporting go‑to‑market or product launches
CAPM or PMP certification
Experience collaborating closely with design and marketing teams
