Job Duties:

• Leading Project Success: Guide project teams to achieve targets and ensure accurate progress tracking for seamless execution.
• Driving Continuous Improvement: Optimize processes in product and process development to foster innovation and efficiency.
• Being the Go-To Problem Solver: Act as the friendly face our teams rely on to handle project-specific issue and coordinate effective solutions.
• Breaking Down Targets: Simplify project goals into actionable steps for team members, empowering everyone to contribute effectively.
• Upholding Quality Standards: Ensure project clarity by outlining requirements and maintaining adherence to timelines.
• Monitoring Progress: Keep projects on track by conduct regular risk assessments and gate reviews to navigate challenges.
• Building Lasting Relationships: Cultivate strong client connections, becoming their trusted expert and partner.
• Ensuring Compliance: Uphold internal standards and procedures to guarantee project success and organization integrity.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with 3-5 years in the automotive industry and a track record of successful project launches.
• Certifications: Preferred PMP certification.
• Physical Demands: Primarily sedentary work with occasional exertions of up to 10 pounds of force. Limited walking and standing required.
