A leading training delivery company in Mexico, Veracruz, Xico, is seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist to organize and deliver high-quality training programs. The role involves managing complex training initiatives, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring seamless program execution. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of experience in Learning and Development. This hybrid position values a strong culture of teamwork and program management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage and drive the delivery of complex training initiatives.
• Develop and update run-of-show guides for in-person and virtual programs.
• Ensure expert delivery and smooth execution of programs as the Program Lead.
• Collaborate with teams to coordinate program logistics.
• Act as co-host and producer in virtual training sessions.
• Support onsite logistics and answer attendee questions.
• Evaluate participant feedback and recommend improvements.

Learning Delivery Specialist

Organize, deliver, and evaluate high-quality training programs designed to enhance the skills and capabilities of a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and drive the delivery of complex training initiatives.
• Develop and update run‑of‑show guides for in‑person and virtual programs.
• Ensure expert delivery and smooth execution of programs as the Program Lead.
• Collaborate with teams: coordinate program logistics from setup through completion, including booking meeting rooms and arranging catering.
• Act as co‑host and producer in virtual training sessions.
• Support onsite logistics and answer attendee questions.
• Develop expertise in a comprehensive technical toolkit, including LMS, LXP, event management software, survey tools, and virtual delivery platforms.
• Evaluate participant feedback and recommend improvements to enhance future programs and processes.
