A leading technology company is seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to orchestrate customer journeys through strategic activities. The role involves planning and executing customer success strategies, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, and analyzing performance metrics. Ideal candidates are creative and have a strong technology background. This position offers the chance to improve customer engagement while driving successful marketing communication.
Orchestrating the customer journey with strategic Marketing and Communication activities, with the responsibility for alignment from conception to execution and dialogue with all necessary areas.

Know the technology industry and the different audiences, both technical C-levels (CIO, CDAO, CTO, etc.) and technical profiles.
Be responsible for interacting with all external and internal stakeholders, such as : sales team, knowledge, compliance, operations, event agency and the client itself.
Develop project storytelling (preparation and presentation), study the products and solutions in our portfolio to be able to develop the best activities with a focus on the defined result.
Ensure the participation and engagement necessary for clients to connect the best opportunities related to Oracle's business.
Conduct monitoring and analysis of metrics and KPIs, propose improvements and contribute individually as a member of the team.
