Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience managing production.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and organize production capacity for personnel and equipment.
• Monitor production key performance indicators and respond to issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support team morale.

Your tasks

• • Plan and organize production capacity (personnel and equipment).
• • Monitor and control production key performance indicators (cost, process, quality, delivery, 5s, scrap, tracking production schedule, employee attendance and employee satisfaction)
• • Respond and find solutions to production problems, establish contact with other internal departments, ensure non-interruption of customer deliveries.
• • Support and leadership in the area of continuous improvement for the production team. Actively promote a positive work environment by recognizing employees' efforts toward continuous improvement.
• • Build effective teams, develop motivation and commitment, and maintain morale.
• • Support company policies, procedures, standardized work, rules and regulations, as well as track corrective actions by following process and procedures for documentation and reporting.
• • Maintain daily accounts for time and attendance systems
• • Complete layered audits daily and ensure all corrective actions are implemented on time.
• • Collaborate in the Environmental Management System in accordance with the matrix of environmental roles and responsibilities.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's / Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
• Core tools, SAP, Microsoft Office, Welding
• At least 3 years of experience
