PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR / SUPERVISOR DE PRODUCCION H/M

Resposible for an operators team, the production supervisor ensures that the production objectives are met for his/her team by following the activity of the operators on the shopfloor. He/she is responsible for the fulfilment of the productivity, following of the training of his/her assigned team, the discipline, and to make sure the operators have the correct tools to execute correctly their dality duties, always following the HSE and Quality requirements. / Responsable de un equipo de operadores, el supervisor de producción se asegura de que se cumplan los objetivos de producción de su equipo siguiendo la actividad de los operadores en el taller. Es responsable del cumplimiento de la productividad, seguimiento de la capacitación de su equipo asignado, la disciplina, y asegurarse de que los operadores cuenten con las herramientas adecuadas para ejecutar correctamente sus deberes de dalidad, siempre siguiendo los requisitos de HSE y Calidad

Job Requirements

• Ensures HSE requirements are met by each operator in his/her assigned team. / Garantiza que cada operador de su equipo asignado cumpla con los requisitos de HSE.
• Ensures quality procedures and instructions are followed by his/her assigned team. / Asegura que los procedimientos e instrucciones de calidad sean seguidos por su equipo asignado.
• Ensures processed parts targets are met by each operator in his/her assigned team. / Garantiza que cada operador de su equipo asignado cumpla los objetivos de las piezas procesadas.
• Folows the OJTs and training needs for the operators in his/her assigned team in timely manner. / Sigue las OJT y las necesidades de capacitación de los operadores en su equipo asignado de manera oportuna.
• Follows the hour declaration of his/her assigned team, and challenges the output. / Sigue la declaración de horas de su equipo asignado y desafía el resultado
• Controls the assistance and reports incidences of his/her assigned team in timely manner. / Controla la asistencia y reporta incidencias de su equipo asignado de manera oportuna.
• Ensures all working tools / consummables / supplies are available for the correct execution of the activities of his/her assigned team. / Asegura que todas las herramientas de trabajo / consumibles / suministros estén disponibles para la correcta ejecución de las actividades de su equipo asignado.
• Ensures the correct application of the TPM activities consigned to his/her assigned team. / Asegura la correcta aplicación de las actividades de TPM consignadas a su equipo asignado.
• Coordinates the application of the QRQC methodology of his/her assigned team. / Coordina la aplicación de la metodología QRQC de su equipo asignado.
• Participates in the root cause analysis and improvements of the line. Ensures improvement ideas are implemented and documented correctly. / Participa en el análisis de la causa raíz y en las mejoras de la línea. Garantiza que las ideas de mejora se implementen y documenten correctamente.
• Ensures correct RIT compliance / Asegura el correcto cumplimiento RIT
• Follow-up of payroll incidents with the personnel in charge / Seguimiento de incidencias de nómina con el personal a su cargo
