How You’ll Make an Impact
Drive a culture of safety, quality, and integrity across the production floor.
Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to your team.
Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets efficiently.
Ensure production schedules align with demand plans and inventory levels.
Oversee equipment safety and schedule regular maintenance.
Identify process improvements and implement solutions for better performance.
Manage critical product or equipment issues with internal teams.
Guide, motivate, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of production leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and resource planning.
Bilingual proficiency (English 70% required).
Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
