A leading digital transformation partner is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Mexico, Veracruz, Xico. This role requires defining the product vision for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and collaborating with teams across LATAM and North America. As a
Senior Product Manager
, you will play a critical role in shaping user experiences and driving digital commerce transformation for one of our key clients. You will partner closely with client business stakeholders and cross-functional teams across North America and LATAM to define product vision, prioritize high-value features, and deliver innovative solutions built on
Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) with strong alignment to Order Management Systems (OMS).
This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience.
Drive Product Vision & Strategy
Define and continuously refine the product vision, roadmap, and feature strategy for Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations.
Build actionable, clear product requirements grounded in customer insights, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
Lead Backlog & Delivery Execution
Own, prioritize, and groom the product backlog in alignment with client business goals and cross-functional dependencies.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and well-defined outcomes.
Partner with Global & Cross-Functional Teams
Collaborate with engineering, design, experience, architecture, and QA teams to deliver seamless, high-quality SFCC experiences.
Work alongside OMS and integration teams to ensure commerce, fulfillment, and order flows are optimized end-to-end.
Serve as a bridge between LATAM client teams and North America delivery squads.
Enhance Customer & Business Value
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to drive digital innovation opportunities.
Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to iterate and improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure transparency and alignment by communicating progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders at all levels.
