Una empresa internacional de tecnología agrícola busca un Gerente de Sourcing en Ciudad de México. Este rol es clave para liderar esfuerzos de aprovisionamiento, gestionar relaciones con proveedores y colaborar con partes interesadas internas. Se requiere un título de maestría en ciencia o ingeniería y experiencia en aprovisionamiento de proyectos en la industria de Ciencias de la Vida. Formación

• Varios años de experiencia en aprovisionamiento de proyectos de Capital Expenditure, preferiblemente en la industria de Ciencias de la Vida.
• Excelentes habilidades en inglés; otros idiomas son una ventaja.
• Experiencia en sistemas de aprovisionamiento es un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar todas las actividades de aprovisionamiento con proveedores externos.
• Gestionar relaciones con proveedores y crear acuerdos de suministro robustos.
• Interactuar con partes interesadas internas para entender sus necesidades.

Procurement Sourcing SR. Manager for Technical Goods & Services

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Sourcing: Lead all sourcing activities with external suppliers, communicate supply constraints, and support strategic initiatives in collaboration with Procurement Category Leads.
• Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, create robust supply agreements, and leverage market intelligence to mitigate risks and drive competitive advantage.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, set joint targets, and provide procurement expertise.

What you bring

• Educational Background: Master’s degree in science or engineering
• Experience: Several years of experience in the area of Capital Expenditure project sourcing (i.e. engineering, equipment) ideally in the Life Sciences industry To be adjusted per JD requirements
• Technical Skills: Ideally experience in procurement systems (e.g. Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Languages: Excellent proficiency in English is required; other languages are an advantage.
