Job Description

Visa Business Solutions products and platforms team is focused on building additional flexibility into our existing platform architecture to more quickly launch new, innovative products, solutions and platforms that create tremendous value for payments aggregators (e.g., Financial Institutions, Merchants, Processors, and Emerging Payments Providers) and address needs of Small Business, Large & Middle Market and vertical segments.

To effect this transformation, product development leaders should be passionate about innovating and delivering truly differentiated user experiences.

They will be responsible for materially expanding Visa's VBS Core product portfolios by delivering new value propositions that will be integrated into existing core products and nontraditional ones.

This role will report to VBS LAC Products & Solutions Head, working closely with cross-functional regional internal teams as well as external teams located in the markets to assist in execution of product lifecycle related activities, for example, translate regional needs into relevant product features and benefits, lead projects to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, scope, and other parameters, track project milestones, communicating status, early identification of issues, determining potential resolutions, and resolving them in a timely manner.

Then, support products launch and commercialization initiatives, ensure correct billing, monitor and analyze third party and product performance, as well as propose actionable improvements.

Lastly, this cross‑functional role requires a broad range of skills, interpersonal skills are critical as we interface with internal and external groups, familiarity with digital payment technologies, project and program management having the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams with tight timelines: third‑party relationship management (partners and vendors), performance measurement, clients input, and report including data analysis and business intelligence, finance and commercial savvy.

Also, expert knowledge of tools and systems to obtain and present data, create presentations, dashboards, marketing content and communications focused to different stakeholders and levels.

Essential Functions
Product
  • Actively monitor developments in commercial products, B2B commerce, competitive landscape and trends, understand B2C and B2B user needs, pain points and opportunities develop opinions on their implications for VBS Products.
  • Manage enhancements to existing core products including card benefits, services, loyalty and new offerings (digital and / or physical) definition, enablement and go‑to‑market.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams participating in product lifecycle.
Product / Project Management
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external cross functional groups to support enablement, launch, enhancements, and related initiatives, like benefits enablement, prioritizing across multiple work streams, highlighting plans, risks and dependencies.
  • Communicate with all stakeholders achievements and roadblocks to ensure prompt solution and deliverables within time and scope.
Benefits Billing
  • Establish, execute and ensure recurrent activities related to product lifecycle and performance.
  • Ensure proper reporting of VBS products and revenue
Vendor / Partner Management
  • Manage relationship with Vendors and Partners to enable core and optional benefits, enablement, deployment, process optimization, expedite time‑to‑market, performance measurement, reporting and communication.
  • Plan and lead execution of Vendor and Partner enablement for benefit validation / redemption and provision as well as key performance metrics.
  • Responsible for Vendor and Partner relationship to ensure compliance, results achievement, measurement, reporting and improvement plans.
Performance Management
  • Experience in data analytics / business intelligence as well as definition of Metrics, KPIs, financial.
