The ideal candidate will manage guests, shape narratives, and contribute to all stages of production. Formación

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in an agency or with a major brand.
  • Proficient in digital and film content development.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

We're looking for a hands on producer with a mixed bag of skills who can support our CEO with our TOP CMO podcast.

As an integral team member you'll manage other guests (CMOs), shape the podcast narrative, prep research, and work with our creative team to finalize and promote our podcast.

Duties
  • Produce podcasts (audio and video)
  • Source and book guests
  • Market podcasts
  • Contribute to all creative stages — including conceptualization, production, shooting, and editing
  • Develop creative and strategic ways to fully engage client audiencesCreate short-form social content from podcasts and other audio / visual content
  • Manage production schedules and shoot logistics
Requirements
  • 3+ years relevant work experience, at an agency or in-house at a major brand
  • Professional experience with developing content
  • A portfolio of prior digital or film work that really makes us go "wow"
  • Understanding of the latest digital audio and video techniques, styles, and trends
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize work, and a track record of turning around audio on a tight deadline
  • Comfort coaching a host through an interview
