As a PLM Application Support Specialist, you will provide critical support coverage for Teamcenter PLM and custom PLM systems. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, assisting users, and ensuring system stability and performance across the enterprise PLM environment. In this role you will play a key role in:
System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system health, scheduled jobs, and server performance to ensure optimal functionality. Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures. Support and maintain integrations with CAD, ERP, and other enterprise tools for seamless data flow
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with global IT teams across different time zones to ensure 24x7 coverage. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Storage, and Network teams to resolve environment-related issues.Document solutions and share knowledge to improve overall support capabilities.
Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions. Maintain comprehensive support logs and contribute to knowledge bases. Participate in system enhancement initiatives to improve stability and performance
