A global energy management company is seeking a Plant Master Data Analyst for their Virtual Factory team in Nuevo León, Apodaca. This role involves ensuring the quality of data within various systems (ERP, MES, WMS), managing data owners, and coordinating product changes. Key qualifications include proficiency in Excel, ERP experience, and strong communication skills. Formación

• Ability to analyze and synthesize problems.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure data quality controlled by Information Systems (ERP, MES, WMS).
• Manage data owners’ network and indicators on data quality.
• Initialize material info records and Engineering Change Notification Process.
• Coordinate tasks among different actors managing product changes.
• Manage archiving and data removal related to product lifecycle.
• Define rules for master databases per guidelines.
• Communicate data quality indicators effectively.

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Plant Master Data Analyst for our Virtual Factory team - MDIC location.

What do you get to do in this position

• Ensure the quality of data controlled by his site Information Systems (ERP, MES, WMS): integrity, compatibility & consistency.
• Manage and animate data owners' network and process on the quality of data with the appropriate indicators.
• Initialize the material info records and Engineering Change Notification Process (Plant, DC, LAC included).
• Coordinate the tasks between the different actors in charge of managing the evolutions of products (including OCP: Offer Creation Process) and components, change request flows (Plant, DC, LAC included).
• Manage the archiving and removing of Data corresponding to the products life cycle.
• Define rules to manage the master databases according to Global and/or Regional guidelines.
• Build, manage and communicate the corresponding indicators for efficient quality of data (ex: DQR: Data Quality Report, Datascan, ...).
• With the support of the data owners, participate to maintain the skills of users and train the newcomers on the different systems to fulfil their role.
• Animates Data SIM of the plant.
• Animates functionally the Data-Owners on Data topics.
• Participates actively to Data Community.
• Can also be Data Owner and/or Key-User.
• Participates to Schneider Digital Community.

Qualifications

• Capacity for problems analysis and synthesis
• Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge or experiencie with an ERP (SAP, Oracle, AS400, etc)
• Programming PHP is a plus
• Manufacturing background is a plus
• High capacity for communication and train production schedulers
• English
