A global automotive company is looking for a leader in transformation and operations to manage HR processes. This hybrid role requires strong communication skills and experience with HR. The ideal candidate has a college degree and 2-3 years of experience. You will oversee HR systems, report on operations, and ensure effective employee information management. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00-16:00.

Formación

  • Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in a related field.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage HR system for daily tasks.
  • Report on HR processes across the Americas.
  • Manage knowledge system to update employee information and generate reports.
  • Produce reports based on databases from various systems.
  • Manage employee information.

Conocimientos

Conversational English
Knowledge of human resources processes
Proficiency in MS Office
Automation tools

Educación

College degree in finance, industrial engineering, administration

Description

You will lead aspects of transformation and operations at the business unit level and globally. Your work will primarily involve existing partnerships and networks to achieve pre-defined business objectives, while formally managing a team. The role may also require working within an influence model.

Additional Description & Key Requirements:

  • College degree completed (e.g., finance, industrial engineering, administration)
  • Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience
  • Conversational English (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of human resources processes (desirable)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Automation tools (desirable)
  • Hybrid position: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00-16:00
