A global automotive company is looking for a leader in transformation and operations to manage HR processes. This hybrid role requires strong communication skills and experience with HR. The ideal candidate has a college degree and 2-3 years of experience. You will oversee HR systems, report on operations, and ensure effective employee information management. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00-16:00.

You will lead aspects of transformation and operations at the business unit level and globally. Your work will primarily involve existing partnerships and networks to achieve pre-defined business objectives, while formally managing a team. The role may also require working within an influence model.
