Una empresa líder en soluciones eléctricas en Monterrey busca un profesional de nómina con experiencia en cálculos fiscales y habilidades en Excel. Se valora la responsabilidad y el trabajo en equipo. Formación

• Amplia y comprobable experiencia en el área de nóminas.
• Conocimientos vigentes en normatividad fiscal y laboral.
• Inglés deseable.

Responsabilidades

• Cálculo de impuesto sobre salarios.
• Cálculo de impuesto sobre nóminas.
• Cálculo de cuotas obrero-patronales (IMSS e INFONAVIT).
• Elaboración y presentación de declaraciones informativas REPSE.

Descripción del empleo

Responsabilidades y conocimientos técnicos:

1. Cálculo de impuesto sobre salarios.
2. Cálculo de impuesto sobre nóminas.
3. Cálculo de cuotas obrero-patronales (IMSS e INFONAVIT).
4. Elaboración y presentación de declaraciones informativas REPSE.
5. Cálculo de PTU.
6. Ajuste anual de ISR sobre salarios.
7. Declaración de Prima de Riesgo.
8. Timbrado de nómina.
9. Registro contable de nómina.

Competencias y habilidades:

• Responsable, organizado y proactivo.
• Trabajo en equipo y enfoque a objetivos.
• Alta tolerancia a la frustración.
• Disponibilidad y actitud positiva.

Perfil requerido:

• Formación: Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública o carrera afín.
• Experiencia: Amplia y comprobable en el área de nóminas.
• Actualización: Conocimientos vigentes en normatividad fiscal y laboral.

Requisitos adicionales:

• Manejo de Excel (nivel intermedio-avanzado).
• Inglés (deseable).
