Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar field.
• Knowledge of Mexican and US labor laws and compensation practices considered as a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide analytical support to controlling group for decision making.
• Coordinate budget and quarterly forecasts for plant payroll cost.
• Analyze payroll cost variance by pay code.
• Provide controlling for production personnel productivity.
• Manage plant accruals budget and participate in month end closing.

Excel intermediate to advanced level

SAP knowledge (intermediate level)
