Your Role

As a Sales Representative at Spoken Learning, your primary focus will be on calling leads—both cold and warm—to schedule trial Spanish and English lessons and convert them into long‑term students.

You will also play a key role in generating new leads through proactive engagement on social media.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, enjoys phone‑based interaction, and understands how to build interest and trust quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to potential and existing leads with the goal of scheduling trial lessons and converting them into enrollments.
  • Follow up with interested leads who have inquired or shown interest, answer their questions, and guide them through the next steps.
  • Use platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn to find, join, and engage with relevant groups to generate new leads daily.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑ups in the CRM, ensuring leads are nurtured efficiently through the sales funnel.
  • Track outreach, trial bookings, and enrollments to use data for improving approach and meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Prioritize daily tasks to balance calling, follow‑ups, and social media outreach while staying focused on results.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven customer service and sales experience, demonstrating a track record of success and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with B2B sales, particularly in corporate training or language services.
  • Strong phone presence, comfortable making hundreds of calls per day in English.
  • Experience with lead generation through social media.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English (C1 level required).
  • Problem‑solving ability, able to tailor solutions to meet client needs and overcome challenges.
  • Goal‑oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong closing skills, able to seal deals and manage negotiations effectively.
