Formación

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Paid Ads Specialist (Meta & Google) in Latin America.

In this role, you will manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across Meta and Google platforms to drive measurable growth. You will collaborate with an international marketing team, turning data into actionable insights and shaping campaign strategy for multiple brands. This position offers the opportunity to test new channels, run A/B experiments, and take full ownership of campaign performance. You will work closely with creative teams and clients, providing data‑backed recommendations and reporting. The environment is fast‑paced, performance‑driven, and focused on continuous learning, with exposure to U.S.-based marketing practices and global campaigns. Your work will directly impact brand growth while sharpening your skills in paid media strategy and execution.

Accountabilities
  • Launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns as well as Google Search, PMax Shopping, and YouTube campaigns
  • Analyze campaign KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM) to make data‑driven decisions and improve performance
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
  • Build and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to gather assets and share optimization recommendations
  • Communicate proactively with clients through Slack, email, and video calls, providing insights and updates
  • Explore and test new advertising channels to expand paid media strategy
Requirements
  • Reside in a Latin American country (e.g., Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Peru, El Salvador, Panama, Ecuador)
  • 3+ years of hands‑on Meta Ads experience with a track record of scaling campaigns and driving ROI
  • 1+ year of Google Ads experience, including Search, PMax Shopping, and YouTube
  • Strong understanding of paid media KPIs and campaign metrics
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards
  • Experience managing ad budgets and performing daily optimizations
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Proactive communicator, comfortable using Slack, email, and video calls
  • Availability to work CST hours

  • Experience in agencies or managing multi‑brand campaigns
  • E‑commerce or DTC background
  • TikTok Ads experience
  • Familiarity with creative analysis and performance recommendations
