Una empresa tecnológica automotriz busca un Representante de Ventas Externas en Monterrey. Será responsable de prospectar y realizar llamadas en frío a clientes, enfrentar objeciones y cerrar tratos, todo ello en un entorno dinámico y en constante cambio. Se requiere un mínimo de tres años de experiencia en ventas, preferiblemente en el sector automotriz, así como un enfoque proactivo para la prospección de nuevas oportunidades. Se ofrece un salario competitivo y un entorno de trabajo híbrido.

Formación

  • Mínimo de tres años de experiencia en ventas externas.
  • Experiencia en la industria de herramientas de diagnóstico es un plus.
  • Capacidad para superar objeciones de compra del cliente.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar territorio desarrollando nuevas ventas y prospectos.
  • Trabajar con el Gerente de Ventas Regional en la planificación de cuentas.
  • Desarrollar un plan agresivo de prospección para descubrir oportunidades.

Outside Sales Representative - Monterrey, Mx Noregon Systems • Monterrey, Nuevo León, México

Descripción del trabajo

As a Noregon Sales Professional for Noregon Systems, you will be responsible for prospecting and cold‑calling sales leads in your territory. You will need to travel to prospective customer sites to deliver sales pitches, provide demonstrations, and close deals. You need to be a self‑motivated, tech‑savvy individual driven to succeed. Familiarity with the Automotive/Transportation industry is a plus.

RESPONSIBILIDADES TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO
  • Manage your territory by developing new business sales & prospects, keeping an active schedule sufficient to grow revenue.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager on territory management and account planning.
  • Develop and implement an aggressive prospecting plan to uncover sales opportunities.
  • Generate leads through self‑conducted research and networking, actively making multiple cold calls and setting appointments looking for new business opportunities.
  • Conduct 4+ demos per week showcasing how our technology will improve their business and reduce repair times.
  • Train customers to ensure renewal of software.
  • Utilize ERP to record, maintain & report customer information.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA
  • Minimum of three (3) years outside sales experience.
  • Associate degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the diagnostic tool industry a plus.
  • Cold calling and prospecting: good business acumen including sales quota achievement and closing sales.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILIDADES

This position will have no supervisory responsibilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • This job operates in a home office environment.
  • The role routinely uses standard office equipment.
  • Hours will be divided between working out of a home office and traveling to prospective clients' businesses providing demos.
REQUISITOS FÍSICOS

This is an active role with some on‑ and off‑site vehicle demonstration may be required. Requires the ability to enter heavy‑duty trucks and gain access to various engine components as needed, in addition to standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, bending, and stooping as necessary. Basic motor skills and manual dexterity for extensive computer usage are required. Sitting for extended periods of time is required. Talking, hearing and close vision abilities are required. Ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds. Ability to withstand the stress of traveling, including extended hours driving.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
  • Up to 75%.
