A leading tech company in Mexico is searching for a Sales Development Representative to enhance customer engagement with their Global HR Platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, including proficiency with SalesForce and other sales tools, and have previous experience in the B2B SaaS sector. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, scheduling appointments for Account Executives, and supporting sales activities. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company is preferred.
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude despite rejection.
  • Experience in remote work is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist customers in experiencing the Global HR Platform.
  • Respond to incoming queries and aid customers with products.
  • Engage and qualify outbound leads.
  • Source sales prospects and schedule appointments for Account Executives.
  • Educate and develop prospects for transition to sales teams.
  • Conduct cold calls into generated prospects.

Requirements
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha)
  • Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Able to think strategically and tactically. Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Self Starter. proactive and brings new ideas to the team
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Demonstrated success in the below areas listed in key responsibilities
  • Fluency in English
  • It’s not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
What the job involves
  • Sales helps our prospective customers and active customers to fully experience our Global HR Platform
  • Sales is the team responding to incoming queries and helping customers understand how to maximise Remote’s full suite of products to meet their employment needs

  • Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives
  • Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs to see if there’s a good fit
  • Providing support to Account Executive team as needed
  • Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold call into prospects generated by variety of outside sources
  • Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle
