A leading company in customer service based in Tijuana seeks a dedicated individual for order processing roles. Responsibilities include reviewing incoming orders, processing clarifications, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a professional degree, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess strong problem-solving skills along with at least two years of experience in customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to customer satisfaction and support.

Formación

  • Bilingual English/Spanish Level III at Brady.
  • Service-minded personality with ability to work under pressure.
  • Over 2 years of experience in customer service or high-volume call center.

Responsabilidades

  • Review incoming orders for basic information and upsell opportunities.
  • Process clarifications when applicable and call customers.
  • Sort faxes by sales area to ensure smooth workflow.

Perform order processing duties. Review incoming orders for basic information and upsell opportunities, and process clarifications when applicable. Call customers on clarifications and upsell opportunities. File paperwork for Customer Service area. Backup switchboard personnel. Other responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Sort faxes by sales area throughout day to make smooth work flow.
  • Review orders for contract/price assurance/quote as they are received.
  • Process clarifications as they are recognized and handled per procedure.
  • Enter orders according to departmental standards and procedures.
  • Forward customer orders per procedure and return within the departments standards and procedures.
  • File sales orders by area or number daily.
  • Switchboard coverage as needed.
Qualifications
  • Professional degree
  • Bilingual english / spanish level III at Brady
  • Service minded personality and can work under pressure,
  • Knowledge of customer service, logistics and economy preferred,
  • Good computer skills,
  • Good problem solving skill and teamwork attitude, initiative and hard working,
  • Continuously develop the customer relationship to better meet customer demands,
  • Responsible for order handling of all Brady customers,
  • Responsible to follow up the delivery performance for each customer,
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and percentages and work independently and problem solve mentally complex issues
  • Responsible for being updated on inventory stock and invoicing customer,
  • Other related duties as assigned.
  • Over 2 years of experience on customer service / experience in high volume call center
