A global consulting firm is seeking a Senior Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle apps, specifically in Manufacturing and Quality modules. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to drive customer interactions effectively. Remote work flexibility is encouraged, making this role suitable for collaborative offshore engagements. Competitive compensation is expected.

Formación

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oracle apps including Fusion support projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of Manufacturing and Quality modules.
• Ability to create and maintain documentation related to processes.

Responsabilidades

• Drive customer interactions and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with an offshore team for project support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.

• Strong Customer interactions and service orientation to understand customer’s critical situations and accordingly provide the response, while setting realistic expectations to customers.
• High flexibility and work with offshore team
• Create and maintain appropriate documentation for architecture, design, technical, implementation, support and test activities.
