We are seeking an Operations Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth, standardized, and efficient internal processes. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and works directly with Improv Leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys cross‑functional collaboration, and is eager to grow their operational and analytical skills.

Here’s a detailed breakdown of the responsibilities, focus areas, and key processes supported by this role:

What You Will Do:
  • Process Execution & Compliance: Follow standardized procedures for sales order setup, project creation, onboarding, and reporting. Participate in audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for internal teams. Provide timely updates, resolve bottlenecks, and facilitate collaboration across departments.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation: Identify operational issues, escalate when needed, and track resolution progress to ensure timely feedback and closure.

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • Process‑Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.

  • Analytical: Proficient in Excel; able to identify trends and resolve discrepancies.
  • Tech‑Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Comfortable with tools like Hubspot, Kantata, ClickUp.
  • Adaptable & Proactive: Thrives in fast‑paced environments; seeks continuous improvement.
  • Education: We’re open to a variety of academic backgrounds, but ideal candidates will have a degree in a technical, business, or communication‑related field, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related area.
