A speech therapy organization in Veracruz, Mexico is seeking a part-time recruiter to find and engage potential leads for speech therapy services. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, along with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate must be able to work 15 hours a week and meet challenging goals. Compensation for this role is $200 per month. Join us in making a difference in children's lives.

Formación

  • Education and/or work experience in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work part-time, available 7 days a week.
  • Strong multitasking capability.

This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Looking for potential leads
  • Taking appropriate action towards leads
  • Initial conversation with leads to determine their eligibility
  • Clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and etc.
  • Collecting all necessary documents from applicants
  • Re-staffing of cases as needed
  • Provides weekly updates on incoming / staffed referrals
  • Outreach for new referrals
  • Growth of program
  • Other tasks assigned
Qualifications
  • Education and / or Work Experience Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills must be confident and assertive
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Strong customer service, organization, prioritizing, time management skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to meet challenging goals and deadlines
  • Available to work part time (7 days a week)
