A global technology firm in Monterrey is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to integrate manufacturing expertise into New Product Development. This role involves collaborating across teams to ensure manufacturability, developing manufacturing strategies, and leading the implementation of processes and tooling. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and 5 to 7 years of experience in a global operations environment. Strong project management skills and knowledge of lean manufacturing are essential.

Formación

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a global operations organization with oversight/activities in multiple regions.
• Experience in region to region manufacturing operations transfers.
• Knowledgeable in FMEA and control plans.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the manufacturing voice in cross-functional NPD teams.
• Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
• Develop and implement manufacturing process plans.
• Lead design and qualification of tooling for new product introduction.
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations for manufacturability.
