The NPD Engineer - Global manages the operational aspects of small engineering projects from inception through implementation. Coordinates cross‑functional teams and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

About Your Role

• New product development of low‑medium‑high voltage electrical products

• Participate in the introduction of new product designs into production

• Evaluate existing product lines and identify design modifications for cost reduction and/or performance improvement

• Interface with customers to define applications and fuse requirements and identify product design opportunities and solutions

• Maintain accurate and valid project planning documentation for assigned projects, including schedule and necesarios resource plans.

• Coordinate the relationship with the team for flawless execution of projects.

• Track, report on relevant communications, including issues, dependencies, and risks as appropriate and in accordance with project governance.

• Other duties as assigned.

About You

Education

Bachelor’s or university degree in Engineering.

Experience
