A leading HR technology company in Mexico is seeking a Business Development Representative to engage with prospective customers and help them maximize the use of our Global HR Platform. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be fluent in English as well as a Nordic language. This role is key to connecting with leads and ensuring a seamless transition to our sales teams.

Formación

  • Proven business development success in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Experience as an SDR is beneficial.
  • Able to promote/sell ideas persuasively.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist customers in maximizing the Global HR Platform.
  • Engage and qualify outbound leads.
  • Sourcing new sales prospects.
