This role focuses on developing new business in nearshore hiring across Mexico and LATAM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling IT staffing solutions, strong relationships with key decision-makers, and proven skills in account management. A willingness to travel for industry events is required, along with proficiency in both Spanish and English.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing and/or IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Extensive experience with Nearshore opportunities.
• Solid experience in New Business Development and bringing New Logos.
