A leading telecommunications company in Mexico is seeking a Senior Salesperson to drive growth in Voice and IP Optical solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, established customer relationships, and a proven track record in sales within telecom. Responsibilities include defining sales strategies, managing the sales cycle, and maintaining customer relationships. This role offers an opportunity to work independently and make a significant impact in the region.
JOB PROFILE SUMMARY: Sales: Responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas and goals for customers located within Mexico. Build on and develop trusted customer relationships from working level to executives, prospects and develops business, help customers define and respond to RFPs, and develop proposals for presentation to customers. Coordinates account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, product line management and development, and provide consistent and continued “point of contact” along with driving customer advocacy inside Ribbon.
Specialist on complex technical and business matters. Will champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.
Provides a leadership role for the virtual team through knowledge in his/her area of specialization driving the assigned customer and Ribbon objectives. Generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from management.
Specialist in technical and business skills. Individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting, trusted customer relationships.
Ribbon is looking for a senior salesperson to develop and grow the market for both the Ribbon Cloud & Edge Business and the IP & Optical business in Mexico. The role will focus heavily on Voice, Voice Security, IP, Optical, and SDN/Automation solutions targeting new and existing customers for Ribbon in Mexico, including but not limited to Telecom Service Providers, MSOs, and Critical telecom Infrastucture. The successful candidate will exhibit solid experience within expanding accounts and have a clear understanding of the solutions required to evolve their networks.
