A leading global pharmaceuticals company in Mexico City is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage and optimize payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of payroll management experience in Mexico and deep knowledge of local labor laws and payroll systems. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, maintaining payroll data integrity, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Strong proficiency in payroll software and excellent problem-solving abilities are required. This role offers a full-time position with regular employee status.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll management in Mexico.
• Advanced knowledge of Mexican labor and tax regulations.
• Experience with AI tools and Microsoft Power Platform is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Mexico.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor and tax regulations.
• Maintain and optimize the ADP GlobalView payroll system.
