We will count on you to :
- Identify opportunities and lead sale pitches to convert new business opportunities into revenue and achieve individual and team sales/revenue goals.
- Fully qualify opportunities to assess the likelihood of success.
- Identify top prospects within your target markets and develop and deliver pursuit plans to progress to wins.
- Manage client relationships and development plans.
- Work in partnership with the digital sales team to generate leads for your assigned markets.
- Drive development of local sales and marketing plans in conjunction with local teams and be seen as a pivotal supporter of the local business.
- Establish professional relationships with key customer accounts and decision makers.
- Actively manage the sales pipeline and forecast future revenue.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
What you need to have :
- Bachelor’s Degree level.
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience in a business‑to‑business, large/strategic customer segment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a consultative B2B environment.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices and ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Excellence in leadership, communication, prioritization and organizational skills.
What makes you stand out?
- Experience selling Technology and/or Talent assessment products to HR leaders.
- Experience selling online examination platforms and proctoring technologies to the education sector and/or online certification technology would be an advantage.
- Experience in HR functions like Talent Acquisition or Talent Development.
