We will count on you to :
  • Identify opportunities and lead sale pitches to convert new business opportunities into revenue and achieve individual and team sales/revenue goals.
  • Fully qualify opportunities to assess the likelihood of success.
  • Identify top prospects within your target markets and develop and deliver pursuit plans to progress to wins.
  • Manage client relationships and development plans.
  • Work in partnership with the digital sales team to generate leads for your assigned markets.
  • Drive development of local sales and marketing plans in conjunction with local teams and be seen as a pivotal supporter of the local business.
  • Establish professional relationships with key customer accounts and decision makers.
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline and forecast future revenue.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
What you need to have :
  • Bachelor’s Degree level.
  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience in a business‑to‑business, large/strategic customer segment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a consultative B2B environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices and ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Excellence in leadership, communication, prioritization and organizational skills.
What makes you stand out?
  • Experience selling Technology and/or Talent assessment products to HR leaders.
  • Experience selling online examination platforms and proctoring technologies to the education sector and/or online certification technology would be an advantage.
  • Experience in HR functions like Talent Acquisition or Talent Development.
  • Growth mindset.
