A leading beverage company in Mexico City is seeking an Operations Supervisor to optimize retail operations. This role involves managing information resources, analyzing strategies, and training clients. Candidates should have at least 3 years of retail supervisory experience and a technical or incomplete bachelor's degree. Formación

• At least 3 years of experience as Operations Supervisor.
• Experience in retail industry (any category).
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage information related to customers and portfolio strategies.
• Analyze and adapt operational strategies to execution.
• Supervise stores and ensure alignment with KAMs.
• Communicate monthly priorities to the team.
• Train clients on retail and warehouse standards.
• Evaluate KPIs of merchandisers at the point of sale.

Qualifications

Education- Technical Professional / Bachelor's degree incomplete or currently studying

Years of experience - At least 3 years of experience as Operations Supervisor

Industry experience - Retail (regardless category)

Travel - Depending on the cities attended.
