About the Role

We are seeking a highly competent Medical Admin Assistant with 2–5 years of experience in medical office administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing patient interactions, scheduling, and documentation with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage appointments, including multiple providers' calendars.
  • Maintain and update EMR/EHR patient records accurately.
  • Handle patient communications, including calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and medical staff to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Prepare reports, forms, and medical documentation.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of medical administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance.
