Responsibilities
  • Lead reviews of mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and automation systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant codes (Mexican and international).
  • Analyze and validate construction drawings, technical documentation, and contractor scopes across HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems.
  • Supervise on-site mechanical works and conduct inspections to verify installation quality and conformance to design.
  • Guide pre-commissioning and commissioning planning and execution, ensuring readiness and operational performance of all mechanical systems.
Contractor Monitoring & Reporting

  • Ensure application of LEED standards where applicable and support sustainability objectives.
Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years managing MEP coordination on data center, industrial, or manufacturing projects.
