A leading global technology company in Querétaro seeks a Quality Manager to manage customer complaints and interface with quality teams. The ideal candidate will hold at least a Bachelor's degree in engineering and have familiarity with AIAG Core Tools and Six Sigma. Responsibilities include leading the MCU Quality team, ensuring the implementation of SPC strategies, and managing the quality management system at the plant. English fluency is required for this role.

Formación

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in an engineering background.
• Additional credits in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry are desirable.
• Fluent English in written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer complaints and respond using defined PDCA methodology.
• Coordinate the implementation of the plant quality management system.
• Lead the MCU Quality team and interface with preventive quality teams.
• Ensure implementation of SPC measurement strategies for new projects.
• Submission of Initial Samples and PPAP to the customer.
