Responsibilities

Provide technical support to multi-cloud environments collaborating with the OS teams, performing regular maintenance and managing servers. The role's purpose is to manage the daily operation of our Private and Public Cloud Infrastructure at OS level.

Qualifications

Required Technical Skills

• Bachelor from the next careers: Computer Systems, Electronics, Informatics, Mechatronics or similar.
• Logical and mathematical thinking.
• Problem solving, strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English (B1 or above).

Optional Experience

• Basic Compute and Operating Systems concepts.
• Basic Multi Cloud Knowledge including but not limited to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI, etc.
• Basic Virtualization Knowledge.
• Basic Networking Knowledge.
• Knowledge in programming languages.
• Orchestration tool used for any patching strategy.

• Have strong inter-personal and communication skills: capable of training users in complex topics and making presentations to internal groups.
• Able to write intricate system and user documentation. Capable of writing and explaining purchase justifications.
