Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to meet lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance daily, optimizing for better results and ROI.
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to develop engaging creatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad elements such as audiences, copy, visuals, and CTAs.
  • Manage and segment audiences, retarget users, and implement lookalike strategies.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and present insights and recommendations.
  • Support other marketing activities as needed.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, targeting, and analytics.
  • Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or other marketing platforms is a plus.

Schedule: Full-Time
